After a brief stop in Houston to visit our newest family member (see below), we drove the hour to Galveston.

After checking in, we made our way to what would be home for the next week. All things considered, I've stayed in substantially worse (and that wasn't on a boat).

Here's some pics I took in Galveston Bay. It was a mix of industrial and cruise ships. This picture was taken from the 10th deck of the ship. It quickly became one of my favorite places to be when coming into a port, watching the sunset, or just getting some exercise on the outdoor track. You'll never get a view like that at the gym.

Angela and her Mom as we leave. It was a bit cold out there, but things warmed up nicely before too long.
We had rough seas the first day. Lots of people not feeling well. Notice the whitecaps. It was still beautiful to look out and see nothing but blue (and I mean blue) ocean.
Here I am enjoying sunset with my favorite ladies. This was at our first stop in Key West. Sunsets were a staple of this journey.
This is our cruise shipped in the Cayman Islands. We took a boat to get to the island.
Attack of the Sea Turtles!! Every night our state room attendant surprised us with a new creation. I've seen the swans before, but this guy was good!
The picture you see below captures the enjoyment of the best Coca Cola in Cozumel. (it really was good!)
Cozumel in the rear view, again from my favorite locale: Deck 10. I stayed up there for an hour watching Cozumel disappear, than a sunset and twilight performance by Jeff Buckley (on my ipod).
Far and away my favorite picture from the journey: Batman protecting my wife (and looking quite happy about it).
This time the monkeys attack.
And another sunset at sea. I'm ready for my next cruise please....
